Our Open Membership is for athletes looking to improve on their overall athleticism in a class structure with their peers. It focuses on all aspects of athleticism with the training varying from speed and agility to strength and flexibility. Our trainers focus on proper technique and mechanics to prevent injuries and helps athletes improve their performance.

ages 12-15 is 5-6 pm
ages 8-11 is from 6-7 pm
on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays.

We started personal training for athletes who aspire to compete at a higher level of competition and want 1 on 1 attention from a coach. Personal Training allows for flexible scheduling through appointment based sessions. Every individual athlete will receive a certified coach and a specific time slots, as well as an evaluation and curriculum dedicated to helping the athlete meet their specific goals.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Small group training gives athletes the tools necessary to improve their athletic foundation in a competitive, yet supportive environment. Small group training is tailored to meet the desired outcome of the each and every group, concentrating on areas such as speed, agility, strength, power, balance, endurance, and injury prevention. Every group will receive a certified coach and time slots specific to the athletes, as well as an evaluation and curriculum dedicated to helping the athlete meet their specific goals.
Our team training utilizes the same up-to-date research on safe athlete training techniques and injury prevention approach as our membership class, with a
more a more tailored approach to addressing the needs of your team based on their sport. All teams will receive cutting-edge coaching techniques from certified coaches to produce maximum improvements in athletic performance.
